Error 0xC1900101

Make sure there is enough free space on your device. Upgrading a 32-bit OS requires at least 16 GB of free space, and upgrading a 64-bit OS requires at least 20 GB.
Launch Windows Update several times. Download and install all available updates in Windows Update, including software updates, hardware updates, and some third-party drivers. Use the troubleshooter for Windows 10 to fix errors in Windows Update.
Check third-party drivers and download all updates. Third-party drivers and installation instructions for any equipment that you have added to the device can be found on the manufacturer’s website.
Disconnect accessories. Remove all external storage devices and disks, docking stations and other equipment connected to the device but not affecting the basic functionality.
Check your device manager for errors. Click the Start button, and then type device manager in the search box on the taskbar. Select Device Manager in the list of results. In the window that appears, find all the devices with a yellow exclamation mark (you may need to select each category to go to the list of devices). Press and hold (or right-click) the device name and select Update Drivers or Uninstall to fix the errors.
Remove third-party security software. Make sure that you know how to reinstall the program, and all the necessary keys are at hand. Windows Defender will protect your device at this time.
Fix hard drive errors. Click the Start button, and then type the command line in the search box on the taskbar. Select Command Prompt in the list of results. In the window that appears, type chkdsk / f C: and press Enter. Correction of errors on the hard drive will start automatically, and you will be prompted to restart the device.

To perform this action, you must have administrator rights on the device.
Perform a clean restart of Windows.
Restore system files. Click the Start button, and then type the command line in the search box on the taskbar. Select Command Prompt in the list of results. In the window that appears, type DISM.exe / Online / Cleanup-image / Restorehealth and press Enter.
